Ingredients 4 large eggs 2-3 tbsp LAO JIANG crispy chilli oil 1 tbsp milk or cream (optional, for creaminess) ​2 slices sourdough or crusty bread Salt and pepper, to taste Chopped green onions or herbs, for garnish Instructions Toast the bread slices until golden. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Plate eggs on toast Finish by drizzling LAO JIANG chilli oil on eggs

Start by grabbing some noodles, veggies, and protein from your fridge, then finish with your OG crispy chilli oil for bold umami crunch. Ingredients 150gm of noodles 1-2 tbsp olive oil 2-3 tbsp LAO JIANG OG crispy chilli oil (adjust for heat) 1 tsp light soy sauce (optional, for extra savoriness) Instructions Cook (or reheat) your chosen noodles until al dente; drain well. Toss hot noodles in a bowl with olive oil to prevent sticking and add silkiness. Spoon in LAO JIANG OG chilli oil and mix through for even crispy coverage. Add light soy if desired.
